This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and in addition to the Pokémon Center Terms of Use.
We are currently able to ship only to the following locations:
Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands, and Minor Outlying Islands.
If you would like your purchase to ship to the United Kingdom or to Canada, please visit www.PokemonCenter.com/en-gb or www.PokemonCenter.com/en-ca.
Please note that we use a variety of carrier services for each shipping option, and it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Please visit Your Account for more information.
Free shipping on all products.
For returns related to orders that originally contained a TCG Sleeved Booster Pack that do not reduce the order value (before taxes) below the free shipping threshold, you may see two separate refund transactions that may occur over a period of several business days: (1) a refund for the cost of the returned item, less an $8 USD or $8 CAD return fee, and (2) a refund of the $8 USD or $8 CAD return fee.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays. Please allow one (1) additional business day for processing of orders placed on weekends and holidays.
The Pokémon Company International is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other external factors.
A valid credit card is required to place pre-orders, and an authorization may be held until the product is available to ship. Charges will not post to the account until the item ships. Orders may be cancelled if the credit card on file is not valid at the time of shipment.
